Turn Conference Insight into an Operating System — Not a Notebook
Join a community of ISP owners and tech entrepreneurs who are growing, building, and winning - together.
THE PROBLEM:
You Leave Inspired - Then Life Happens
- You came home with a notebook full of ideas... but no time to implement them.
- You're stuck putting out fires instead of building
- Owning your own business can feel lonely — like every decision, every risk, and every problem falls on you.
I know the feeling — you come back from a conference fired up, full of new ideas and energy.
You tell yourself, this time will be different.Â
But then reality sets in.Â
The emails pile up.
The fires in the business start demanding your attention.
Team issues. Customer escalations. New distractions.
A week goes by.
Two weeks.
A month.
And all those big ideas — all that momentum you had — slowly fades into the background.
I’ve lived that cycle more times than I can count.
The issue isn’t a lack of ideas.
It’s that nothing in the business is designed to hold them once real life resumes.
Without structure, every good intention collapses back onto the owner — and momentum slowly leaks away.
That’s why I created The Momentum Community — to give you the connection, energy, and accountability you need to keep moving forward.
THE SOLUTION:Â
Structure First. Momentum Second.
Â
The Momentum Community exists to reinforce something most owners never build:
a clear operating rhythm backed by real metrics, decision rules, and accountability.
Community doesn’t replace structure — it sustains it.
✅ Weekly operating rhythm (not just “calls”)
âś… Peer-level signal, not noise
âś… Accountability tied to real metrics
âś… Support for execution, not motivation

Meet Jason PondÂ
Your Host and Industry Peer:
Jason Pond is a battle-tested entrepreneur, operator, and growth strategist with over 30 years of real-world experience building, scaling, and exiting small businesses.
He’s founded, co-founded, acquired, and sold multiple successful companies — including two Internet Service Providers — leading teams from startup to profitable exits. His practical insights and leadership have earned national recognition, including a feature on the Dave Ramsey Show.
Jason’s real passion?
Helping business owners break through growth ceilings, build leadership teams they actually enjoy working with, and create the freedom to step back without the business falling apart.
Having lived the day-to-day grind of entrepreneurship himself — the late nights, the tough decisions, the risk — Jason now helps other founders avoid burnout, scale smarter, and win bigger.
Jason’s work today focuses on helping owners move decision-making out of their heads and into systems that scale without burning them out.
“One major benefit in working with Jason has been the clarity around delegation and roles. The exercises on identifying tasks that can be delegated, calculating the "Buy Back Rate", and discussing potential hires provided a tangible path to reducing personal workload and scaling our business. I particularly enjoy Jason's approach to coaching. He is not in your face, giving you all the "right" answers. He tends to ask more questions and brings relevant tools to bear in our discussions; guiding us to make our decisions.”Â

Owners, DC Access
"As the CEO and founder of a 25 year old fiber to the home provider in Georgia I have enjoyed learning from Jason Pond and his leadership in forming and transitioning Grizzly Broadband from a start up to becoming part of the local EMC. Jason’s efforts in starting a business, growing it, and positioning it to serve rural Montana’s citizens for generations was no small task. Jason has the experience to help guide your business through any phase and season including preparing for transition to family, merger, or sell."  Â
